RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
There is a right to withdraw from the contract for both the Lessor and the Lessee for an important reason, as long as all the above are not observed. However, it should always be done in writing and communicated to the declared addresses. In the case of withdrawal by the Lessee without good reason, in which the lease had started but the lease was not finally completed (its termination), any damage should be assessed each time and a mutual declaration-acceptance document should be drawn up and signed and expiration of said lease. In all other respects, the present and what has been agreed upon between the parties hereto for the lease, the obligations of the parties and the delivery of the Motorcycle. It is expressly agreed that in this case no money paid will be refunded in any way.
